Keep the approval source beside each rule. Make it clear who agreed to it and when.

Add to your project
Add "Rule approvals" from ntent to this repo.

Fetch https://ntent.app/r/f/rule-provenance as plain text. Merge it into contract.json, on each entry in rules, without disturbing what is already there.

Then check it: Every rule names a person and a date, and quotes them where the wording matters.
